Member Code of Conduct

Our goal is to create a space where users can enjoy gaming and socialize in a friendly atmosphere. Your participation is extremely important to this mission.

Our Code of Conduct applies to all players and users of our services and products. We outline how to interact within our community, providing examples of behaviors that are covered by the rules, but not limited to them.

Adhering to these rules is straightforward. However, violations will be addressed, potentially leading to indefinite removal from the community.

Code of Conduct

Confidentiality

We prohibit the distribution of other players' personal data, except for their usernames. We strongly recommend keeping your own data confidential. Threatening to disclose personal information of other participants, including their real names and locations, is strictly forbidden.

Respect and Equality

Our site does not tolerate hate speech and discrimination.

We support diversity within our gaming sphere, regardless of race, ethnicity, skin color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, and more. Degrading or harassing users or groups based on these characteristics is not permitted.

Respectful Communication

Respect other participants during communication, gameplay, or creative activities. Threatening, intimidating, humiliating other participants, or violating their personal boundaries is prohibited.

Impersonation

Do not impersonate other players, celebrities, officials, Nova Quest staff, or any other individuals. Do not claim others' achievements as your own.

Fair Play

Play fairly and according to the rules. Cheating, sabotaging other players, conspiring, or exploiting developer errors is not allowed. Do not spread information about cheats, vulnerabilities, or game bugs. If you find a bug, report it.

Prohibition of Dangerous and Illegal Actions

Avoid illegal or dangerous activities such as gambling, cyber fraud, or the distribution of personal data. Do not support such activities within the community and do not share content that glorifies violence. Do not threaten to harm yourself or others, even in jest.

Fraud

Do not deceive other players. Any forms of fraud, including attempts to obtain other players' data or trade personal information, are prohibited.

Appropriate Content

Content and activities here should promote positive emotions. When creating content, consider our requirements.

Consequences of Violations

We consider each violation individually, taking into account its severity, the user's past violations, and other factors. Depending on the seriousness, actions may be taken up to indefinite banning.

In cases of indefinite banning, the user may lose access to games, virtual items, and other assets.

Reporting Players

Together, we build our community. If you encounter a player violating the rules, report them. If you dislike someone who isn't breaking the rules, you can block that user.

Safety

Take care to protect your personal data. Do not allow third parties to access your account. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Our Code of Conduct may be updated, so it's important to stay informed about any changes. Claims like "I didn't know..." will not be accepted as excuses. After all, the main goal of our community is to enjoy and find joy in playing together!
